Mediation

Attorney Brent Gunnell is an appointed court mediator listed on the Idaho Supreme Court Roster. He brings with him his expertise, many years of experience specializing in family law. As a mediator and attorney he offers an impartial representation and oversees the mediation process putting each party at ease during this sometimes difficult time.

Statistically parties are more satisfied with the outcome of the Mediation Agreement rather than the decision of a judge at trial. Parties have an equal opportunity at participation and negotiating the best possible outcome for their children during mediation. Our office offers a welcoming, warm environment where we invite both parties to be creative, open minded and focus on the best interest of the children.
